By downloading or using Binny you agree to these terms.
01The app
Binny watches the size of your Mac's Trash and, past a limit you choose, draws a simulated blanket over the Trash icon in your Dock.
02Your license
Binny needs a license key. Polar sells the license and handles payment, tax and receipts as the merchant of record, under Polar's terms.
- One license works on one Mac at a time. To move it, click Deactivate in Binny's Settings on the old Mac, or remove the old Mac from your Polar purchase page.
- Binny checks your key with Polar when you activate it, when Binny starts and once a day. Offline, Binny keeps working for 30 days after the last check.
- A refunded or revoked license stops working at the next check.
03Refunds
If Binny isn't for you, email us within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund it in full. No questions asked. Polar sends the money back to the card you paid with, and your license key stops working.
04Your files
Binny never deletes anything on its own. It empties the Trash only when you click Empty Trash and confirm. Emptying the Trash permanently deletes the files in it, as it does from Finder, and we cannot recover them.
05Acceptable use
Don't reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app, share your license key, or use the app to break any law.
06No warranty
Binny is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using the app.
07Changes
We may update the app and these terms. The latest version is always at this address; continuing to use the app means you accept it.
